This section will explain how to set up and manage attendees for your classes and events in your Motivation Calendar.
1. Click on "Configuration" from the Motivation Administration Menu.
2. Click on "Calendar" from the drop-down menu.
3. Click "Class Attendees" from the sub menu.
1. Location: Select the Location (if you have more than one location) that you wish to manage classes and events for.
2. Class Name: Select the class/event you wish to manage.
3. Class Dates: Click the drop down list to select the date of the class/event you wish to to manage.
4. Add Date: If you wish to add an class/event date, click on the "Add date" button. (See "Select Date" section below.)
5. Add/Change/Remove: To add, change or remove an attendee from a class/event click the "Add/Change/Remove" button. (See "Select Date and Attendees" section below.)
6. Calendar Home: Click on the "Calendar Home" link to return to the "About Calendar/GLobal Configuration" page.
1. Select From List & Continue: If you select a date from the list of dates, click the "Select From List & Continue".
2. Date: If you the date of the class is not listed enter the date, or click on the calendar icon.
3. Select and Continue: Once you have entered your date, click the "Select and Continue" button.
4. Cancel: If you wish to cancel without making any changes, click the "Cancel" link.
1. Enrollees, Add >>: To add the highlighted member as a class attendee, click the "Add" button.
2. Enrollees, Add All: To add all participants that are listed click the "Add All" button.
3. Select & Add Participant, Member/ID: Enter an ID, or name, of a participant that is not an enrollee but you wish to add as an attendee of the class.
4. Select & Add Participant, Add>>: Click the "Add" button, to add the non-enrollee as an attendee.
5. Attendees, Delete: To remove a participant as an attendee, highlight the participant's name, and check the "Delete Selected" button.
6. Class: Click the class name link to return to the Attendance Manager page.
