This section will explain how to set up and manage different rooms and resources for your Motivation Calendar.
1. Click on "Configuration" from the Motivation Administration Menu.
2. Click on "Calendar" from the drop-down menu.
3. Click "Manage Rooms/Resources" from the sub menu.
1. Select Location: Select the Location (if you have more than one location) that you wish to manage rooms and resource for.
2. Existing Rooms/Resources: To delete an existing room or resource, highlight the category you wish to delete and click the "Delete Selected" button.
3. Add Room/Resource:To create a new room/resourse enter the room/resourse name and click the "Add Room" button.
