This section will explain how to view a participant's incentive points history, add to a watch list and how to create and setup service notes . These directions assume that you have already selected the participant you wish to work with. (See section titled "Selecting a Participant" for assistance.)
You will see the name of your selected participant displayed at the top of the page.
1. Click the "Personal" link.
2. Click on "Incentive Points History" from the drop down menu.
1. Date Range: This is the date range of when the Incentive Program is running.
2. Total Points Earned to Date: The total points earned between the dates of the current incentive program.
3. Points Available to Redeem: The points that are available to redeem for prizes. This can be less than the total points earned due to previous prize redemption's.
4. Date & Activity: Date the incentive points were earned, and the type of activity that earned the points.
5. Delete: Click on the Delete link to remove a particular incentive point entry.
6. Scroll: If there are more than ten incentive point entries, then by clicking the page numbers you can scroll through the additional entries.
7. Enter Manual Adjustment Transaction: As a staff member you have the ability to manually add/adjust incentive transactions. (See "Add / Subtract Incentive Program Points" section below.)
8. Back: Click the "Back" button to return to the previous page.
1. Date of Entry: Enter the date for you incentive point entry.
2. Description: Enter a description for the incentive point entry, such as "Staff Adjustment".
3. Total Points for Entry: Enter the number of points you wish to allocate. Use a negative number to subtract points from account.
Click the "Submit" button to save your changes.
1. Click the "Personal" link.
2. Click on "Review Service Notes for Participant" from the drop down menu.
1. Enter Participant Service Note. (See the "Enter Participant Service Note" section below.)
2. Note: date and detail of the service note.
3. Change Note: Click on the icon to edit the service note.
1. Note Type: Select a category for the note from the drop down menu.
2. Enter the content of the note that you wish to record.
Click the "Submit" button to save your changes.
1. Click the "Personal" link.
2. Click on "Add/Remove Watch List Entry for Participant" from the drop down menu.
By adding a participant to the "Watch List" Motivation will log any activity for this account. For example, Medical Status Updated, or Weight Entered or Updated by Participant. (To review activity for a participant on the Watch List see the "Manage: Alerts & Lockers" section.)
To add a participant to the Watch List, click the "Add to Watch List" button.
Please note that you should use this feature sparingly as if you add too many participants to the Watch List you it will become difficult for you to manage. Once you have finished monitoring the participant you should remove them form the watch list. (See the "Remove Participant Watch List Entry" section below.)
To remove a participant from the Watch List, click the "Remove from Watch List" button.
