Version 10.12
BSDI is proud to announce the release of the Version 10.12.0
software suite. While not nearly as substantial an upgrade as
version 10.11.4 it is very important that you update your system
since there are a number of new features and fixes. We have
completely overhauled how the Retention Manager handles recurring appointments. (If you use recurring
appointments, please see the note below.) Also in the Retention
Manager, we have added new schedule reports. It is now possible
to print daily, weekly and monthly schedules. In the Fitness
Analyst we have added a new report that enables you to compare
an individual's fitness assessment score to that of a group score.
Check-In can now be configured so participants can check out,
so you now have the ability to track the duration of a participant's
visit to your facility.
Retention Manager Recurring Appointments:
As part of this update, existing recurring appointments
will be converted to non-recurring appointments. This is necessary
to fix a bug with these types of appointments. For example, if
a participant had a recurring appointment for which there were
8 appointments remaining, then these 8 recurring appointments
will be converted to 8 single appointments. You will notice the
recurring arrow has disappeared from these appointments. New recurring appointments
will be created as before, and these
appointments will display the recurring arrows. (Please note
that the update will convert existing recurring appointments for the
next two months. Any recurring
appointments after that time will have to be re-entered.)
