How do you count users?
We count billable users, not your total eligible population. You can upload your entire eligible population, but users only become billable when they use the system or staff can access their individual data.
Can I add users mid-contract?
Yes! You can add users in 100-user blocks at any time. Additional users are prorated for the remainder of your billing period.
What if my population decreases?
We understand populations fluctuate. We'll work with you to adjust your user count at renewal time based on your current needs.
Is there a long-term contract?
We typically work on annual agreements.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept ACH transfers and wire transfers. Payment terms can be customized based on your organization's needs.
